DawaNow.in does not manufacture, own, or sell any medicines.
All orders are processed, billed, and fulfilled by our partner pharmacies.
DawaNow only facilitates the ordering, payment, and delivery coordination between users and pharmacies.

 

3. Eligibility

By using this platform, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years of age.

Legally competent to enter into a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Using this platform for personal and lawful medical purposes only.

 

4. Prescription Requirement

Certain medicines available on DawaNow.in require a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner.
You must upload a clear and valid prescription before placing such an order.
Partner pharmacies will verify the prescription before processing.
Orders may be cancelled if the prescription is invalid, incomplete, or tampered with.

DawaNow.in acts only as an intermediary between users and local partner pharmacies.

DawaNow is not responsible for:

Product quality, expiry, or packaging defects.

Errors or delays in delivery by the pharmacy.

Adverse reactions, side effects, or misuse of medicines.

All invoices and taxes are issued directly by the pharmacy fulfilling your order.

6. Orders & Delivery

Orders are delivered by our network of partner pharmacies or authorized delivery agents.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on pharmacy location and medicine availability.

In case of non-delivery or delay, please contact DawaNow Support — we will coordinate with the pharmacy to resolve the issue promptly.
