Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the use of DawaNow.in shall be governed by Indian law.

The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
