Justoza-SM 1000 mg Tablet is a combination of Dapagliflozin, Sitagliptin, and Metformin Hydrochloride (Extended Release) used for the management of Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Dapagliflozin helps remove excess glucose from the body through urine.

Sitagliptin increases insulin release and decreases glucagon levels.

Metformin ER reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
