🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At DawaNow.in, we ensure fast and accurate delivery through trusted local pharmacies.
However, due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept general returns or refunds.

 

Replacement policy- Replacement /Exchange orders will be delivered within 7 business days

 

❌ No Return / Refund for:

Change of mind after placing the order.

Unused or surplus medicines.

Opened, used, or tampered medicines after delivery.

Prescription errors or incorrect uploads by the customer.

 

✅ Return / Refund Applicable Only If:

Wrong item delivered.

Wrong quantity delivered.

Product damaged during transit.

Product has expired at the time of delivery.


If any of the above applies:

1. Contact DawaNow Support within 24 hours of receiving the order.


2. Provide clear images and order details for verification.


3. Once verified, refund or replacement will be processed.

4. We have a 7-day return policy

 

💸 Refund Method & Timeline:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after verification.

 

⚠️ Important Notes:

Do not return any medicine directly to the pharmacy. All issues must be reported to DawaNow Support.

Returned medicines will not be resold and will be disposed of safely as per health regulations.

Refunds are subject to successful verification by DawaNow and the concerned pharmacy.
